Changes have been made to the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation's (SCIC) Guardian Dog Rebate Program.

June was a cool and wet month for most of Saskatchewan.

There weren’t a lot of surprises in yesterday’s seeded acreage report from Statistics Canada. The seeded acreages for most crops were not too far from grain trade expectations.

Statistics Canada released an updated seeded acreage report of principle field crops for June. Looking at Saskatchewan, seeded acreage was mixed for wheat, canola, barley, oats, lentils and dry peas. Producers planted 14.

Canada's Farm Show is looking ahead to next year and highlighted a few things from this year's show.

Crop progression was noted in all regions of Manitoba over the last week. Fall rye stands are at the soft dough stage. In winter wheat, heads have fully emerged and flowered.
