There’s been an uptick in applications for cash advances through the federal government’s Advance Payments Program.

That’s according to Dave Gallant, Vice-President of Finance and APP operations with the Canadian Canola Growers Association, one of the many organizations across Canada that administers the program. He provides a refresher on how the program works and how to apply.
